CHICKEN STICKS MUSTARD AND HONEY

INGREDIANTS
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of Dijon mustard
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of honey
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of Worcestershire sauce
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of cider vinegar
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of pepper dressing
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 12 skinless chicken thighs
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
1. In a slow cooker, combine the mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Reserve.
2. In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown half the thighs at a time in the oil. Salt and pepper. Place in a slow cooker and coat well with the mustard mixture.
3. Cover and cook at low temperature (Bass) 3 hours. You can stay warm (Heat) for up to 2 hours, but the meat becomes very tender and comes off the bone very easily.
