  • 1 celeriac
  • 1 large leek
  • 2 red onions
  • Parsley
  • 500 g of tomatoes
  • 500 g of potatoes
  • Garlic
  • salt

Preparation:

  1. Wash and scrub all the vegetables, without peeling them (choose them rather organic) then cut them into large pieces.
  2. Put them together in a saucepan and cover them with water.
  3. Cook over low heat for 2 hours then mix when the mixture is warm.
